Per una pulizia approfondita degli appartamenti, vi chiediamo di liberarli il giorno della partenza entro le ore 10.00. Our holiday flats can be occupied from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. For a thorough cleaning of the flats, we kindly ask you to vacate them by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. We prefer Saturday as the day of arrival and departure. On Sundays we ask you to arrive or depart either before 9.00 a.m. or from 5.00 p.m. onwards. We thank you for your understanding.

Bei einer Buchung bitten wir Sie um ein Angeld von 25 % des Gesamtbetrags. Bitte beachten Sie: Die Buchung wird bei einer Bezahlung eines Angeldes zur Bestätigung (Buchungssicherstellung) und der Zusendung der Buchungsbestätigung verbindlich. Das Angeld wird bei einer Stornierung nicht zurückerstattet. Bitte beachten Sie, dass am Hof nur Barzahlungen möglich sind. Geldautomaten finden Sie in der näheren Umgebung.

Es gelten folgende Stornobedingungen:

Stornobedingungen gemäß Art. 1382 ZGB. Es steht kein Rücktrittsrecht im Sinne des Konsumentenschutzkodex zu - dennoch räumen wir Ihnen ein Rücktrittsrecht zu folgenden Stornobedingungen im Sinne des Art. 1382 ZGB ein: bis 2 Monate vor Anreise können Sie kostenlos stornieren. In diesem Fall wird Ihnen das Angeld für Ihren nächsten Urlaub am Kierhof gutgeschrieben. Ab 2 Monaten bis 4 Wochen vor Anreise behalten wir das Angeld zurück. Ab 4 Wochen bis 2 Wochen vor Anreise beträgt die Stornogebühr 50%, innerhalb der letzten 2 Wochen beträgt die Stornogebühr 100 % des Reisepreises. Im Falle der verspäteten Ankunft oder der vorzeitigen Abreise berechnen wir für die gebuchten, aber nicht in Anspruch genommenen Tage 100 % des Preises. Es wird ausdrücklich auf die Gesetzesbestimmungen Art. 45-67 des italienischen Konsumentenschutzkodexes GvD 206/2005 verwiesen.

Nota bene: La prenotazione diventa vincolante con il pagamento di un acconto per confermare la prenotazione (sicurezza della prenotazione) e l'invio della conferma della prenotazione. Il deposito non sarà rimborsato in caso di cancellazione. Si prega di notare che alla fattoria sono possibili solo pagamenti in contanti. I bancomat si trovano nelle immediate vicinanze. Si applicano le seguenti condizioni di cancellazione: Condizioni di cancellazione secondo l'art. 1382 ZGB. Non esiste un diritto di recesso nel senso del codice di protezione dei consumatori - tuttavia vi concediamo un diritto di recesso secondo le seguenti condizioni di cancellazione nel senso dell'art. 1382 ZGB: fino a 2 mesi prima dell'arrivo potete cancellare gratuitamente. In questo caso il deposito sarà accreditato per la vostra prossima vacanza al Kierhof. Da 2 mesi a 4 settimane prima dell'arrivo tratteniamo il deposito. Da 4 settimane a 2 settimane prima dell'arrivo la tassa di cancellazione è del 50%, entro le ultime 2 settimane la tassa di cancellazione è del 100% del prezzo. In caso di arrivo ritardato o partenza anticipata addebitiamo il 100% del prezzo per i giorni prenotati ma non utilizzati. Si fa espresso riferimento alle disposizioni di legge degli art. 45-67 del Codice del Consumo italiano GvD 206/2005.

When making a booking we ask you to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount. Please note: The booking becomes binding when a deposit is paid to confirm the booking (booking guarantee) and the booking confirmation is sent. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Please note that only cash payments are possible at the farm. You will find cash machines in the immediate vicinity. The following cancellation conditions apply: Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB. There is no right of cancellation in the sense of the consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you a right of cancellation according to the following cancellation conditions in the sense of Art. 1382 ZGB: up to 2 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge. Wir verwöhnen unsere Gäste gerne täglich, außer an Sonntagen, mit unserem Frühstückskorb. Unsere hofeigenen Produkte gibt´s natürlich 365 Tage! In unserem leckeren Bauern-Frühstückskorb befinden sich hofeigene und regionale Produkte wie Milch, Eier, Joghurt, Fruchtaufstriche, Kuchen und vieles mehr.

Gerne kann auch täglich (außer sonntags) frisches Brot vom Dorfbäcker bestellt werden. Brotbestellungen bitte bis 17.00 Uhr am Vortag bei Bäuerin Maria oder Jungbauer Daniel abgeben.

Ci piace viziare i nostri ospiti ogni giorno, esclusa la domenica, con il nostro cestino della colazione. I nostri prodotti agricoli sono naturalmente disponibili 365 giorni all'anno! Il nostro delizioso cestino della colazione del contadino contiene prodotti della fattoria e regionali come latte, uova, yogurt, creme di frutta, torte, frutta, ...! Potete aanche ordinare solo (esclusa la domenica) pane fresco dal panettiere del villaggio. Cortesemenete le ordini di pane entro 17.00 del giorno prima, con la moglie del contadino Maria.

We like to spoil our guests with our breakfast basket every day, except on Sundays. Our farm products are of course available 365 days a year! Our delicious farmer's breakfast basket contains farm and regional products such as milk, eggs, yoghurt, fruit spreads, cakes, fruit, ...! You are also welcome to order only (except Sundays) fresh bread from the village baker. Please hand in bread orders to Farmer Maria by 5.00 pm the day before.

I nostri chalet sono perfettamente attrezzati per una vacanza confortevole: Ogni chalet ha una cucina abitabile completamente attrezzata e due bagni. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti e inclusi nel prezzo. Gli abiti personali possono essere puliti su richiesta a pagamento.

Our chalets are perfectly equipped for a comfortable holiday: Each chalet has a fully equipped kitchen/living room and two bathrooms. Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided and included in the price. Personal clothing can be cleaned on request for a fee.

Am Hof befindet sich ein Skidepot; für Mountainbikes steht ein Abstellplatz mit Waschmöglichkeit bereit. Rucksack oder Wanderstöcke zu Hause vergessen? Kein Problem, wir haben ein paar auf Reserve. Für E-Bikes gibt es verschiedene Leihstationen in der Umgebung.

Alla fattoria c'è un deposito per gli sci; per le mountain bike c'è un parcheggio con possibilità di lavaggio. Hai dimenticato lo zaino o i bastoncini da trekking a casa? Nessun problema, ne abbiamo alcuni di riserva. Per le e-bike ci sono varie stazioni di noleggio nella zona.

There is a ski depot on the farm; for mountain bikes there is a storage area with washing facilities. Forgotten your rucksack or hiking poles at home? No problem, we have a few in reserve. For e-bikes, there are various rental stations in the area.

Wir holen unsere Gäste gerne bei der Ankunft am Bahnhof in Brixen oder Klausen ab und bringen sie bei der Abfahrt wieder zurück. Eine Bushaltestelle für Linienbusse von/nach Brixen/Klausen ist nur 2 Gehminuten von den Chalets entfernt.

Vogliamo sostenere chi viaggia con i mezzi pubblici per evitare code ed essere più ecologici. Su richiesta, veniamo volentieri a prendervi il giorno d' arrivo alla stazione dei pullman o del treno e vi riportiamo anche il giorno della partenza.

Una fermata dell'autobus, per gli autobus di linea da/per Bressanone/Klausen è a soli 2 minuti a piedi dagli chalet.

We are happy to pick up our guests on arrival at the train station in Brixen or Klausen and bring them back on departure. A bus stop for regular buses to/from Brixen/Klausen is only a 2-minute walk from the chalets.

In den Chalets kann kostenlos das WiFi genutzt werden. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen eigenen Fernseher und im Wohnzimmer können zudem Streamingdienste wie Netflix und Disney plus genutzt werden.

Gerne können Sie Ihr Elektroauto an der Ladestation direkt neben den Chalets auftanken. Die Ladestation verfügt über 11KW. (kostenpflichtig)

You are welcome to recharge your electric car at the charging station right next to the chalets. The wallbox has 11KW. (surcharge)
