In spring, the nature of South Tyrol offers a diverse picture: While snow is still falling in the alpine ski areas, the fruit groves in the valley are already preparing for the blooming season. Summer begins in June in South Tyrol, then the warmth lets nature grow and moves the center of life for people and animals outside.

In autumn the keyword is “Törggelen”; South Tyrol's fifth season. Then, Hofschänken open their farmhouse parlors in the Eisack Valley to offer the farm's own delicacies with music and dance. From December, in the cold season, active vacationers and nature lovers get their money's worth: deeply snow-covered forests, mountain peaks and perfectly groomed ski slopes - winter transforms the mountain landscapes of South Tyrol into a white fairytale world.
